Harmony of materials
The renovation of the site has respected its heritage and generous volumes. The new operators wanted to integrate 8 rooms with different atmospheres, seminar rooms and a restaurant area. The space is structured by the different materials chosen. Metal and glass give interior partitions an industrial look. The direct and indirect play of light makes the atmosphere warm. This harmony between materials reflects the intelligent mix of foods found in the refined dishes served in the restaurant.
